Preventive and Corrective Maintenance
Perform preventive maintenance as scheduled.
Review preventive maintenance results and make corrections if necessary.
Ensure updated documents and drawings are available for each equipment.
Coordinate calibration activities for PSV and certification of tanks with customers and stakeholders.
Monitor monthly maintenance budget and expenses.
2. Spare Part Control
Manage spare parts to ensure availability and reliability.
Identify critical spare parts for effective maintenance.
3. Reporting and Documentation
Responsible for weekly activity reports.
Manage all documents, including timely updates of as-built drawings, particularly for any modifications.
Implement ISO 9000 & 14000 and Group Air Liquide Industrial Management Program in maintenance activities, including creating SOPs.
4. Safety
Implement safety measures in maintenance activities.
Conduct safety induction for subcontractors.
Ensure safety regulations are adhered to in the field.
Supervise installations to prevent damage by or to third parties and strive for zero accidents.
Provide refresher training to customers as per the training plan.
Carry out all activities following standard HSEQ operations.
