Oversee and ensure compliance of the organization's financial systems with regulations and standards, while controlling its resources.
Ensure accurate and timely submission of tax returns and reports for both Thailand-based companies.
Manage short and medium term cash flow based on revenue, liabilities, and financial indicators.
Support relationships with local banks.
Analyze financial metrics and advise senior management on potential impacts on business operations.
Prepare and present budget and forecast reports to management for review and approval.
Coordinate with local authorities and BOI regarding incentive programs.
Lead financial aspects of ad-hoc projects, like implementing procurement software.
Collaborate with Business Unit Finance team on compliance, projects, and reporting.
Provide financial guidance to local managers to fulfil their responsibilities effectively.
The Successful Applicant
Degree in Accounting, Finance or related fields
Big 4 audit experience would be a plus
Hands-on experience in Finance, Accounting, with strong analysis skills
Self-starter, independent, work well under pressure with strong leadership skills
Strong knowledge of Internal and compliance control, BOI, Tax
Fluent communication in both Thai and English and able to communicate at all levels
