
Account Manager - Small and Medium Business

- Manage a designated book of non-commerce businesses (including Hotel & Restaurants, Beauty clinic, Hospitality services, Automotive, Real estate, and other non-E commerce businesses) to achieve quarterly revenue & product adoption targets.
- Identify and acquire new potential high-value clients across non-commerce industries to the TikTok ads platform to achieve acquisition targets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients in your book of business.
- Understand client goals and objectives to provide tailored TikTok advertising solutions.
- Oversee the implementation, optimization, and performance analysis of advertising campaigns on TikTok platform.
- Provide strategic guidance to clients on advertising best practices and TikTok platform capabilities.
- Proactively address client concerns and challenges to maintain high client satisfaction and retention rates.
- Ensure compliance with TikTok Ads policies and guidelines in all client interactions and campaign executions.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with external customers and internal stakeholders (Ads Policy, Finance, Product, etc.)Qualifications:Minimum Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience in Account Management or Business Development within digital marketing or non-eCommerce industries.
- Proven track record of acquiring new business and meeting/exceeding revenue targets in the markets.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and execute upsell/cross-sell opportunities to maximize account growth.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with solid organizational and analytical abilities to interpret data and market trends.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with the TikTok Ads platform and other major digital advertising tools
- Experience with non-eCommerce industries, bringing creativity in hunting and acquiring new accounts.
- Strong problem-solving and creative thinking skills, with the ability to adapt quickly in a rapidly changing environment.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively across departments to achieve common goals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the capability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
