The supplier of technology and services is focusing heavily on connected manufacturing at the factory.Manufacturing Plant: The plant is producing two major product categories: connectors and fuel injection units. Connectors are a booming segment with growth potential in the ICE- and EV-market. The factory is also the first plant for the manufacturing of gasoline injection systems in Thailand. It is capable of producing millions of fuel injector units every year and can meet the increasing demand of our customers in the region.R&D Center: The R&D office and laboratory are located on same site as production. In order to have dedicated laboratory accommodating automotive specific machine and equipment such as fuel testing benches and Noise, Vibration, Harshness chambers.Job Description

Lead the development and manufacturing of new mold insert spare parts in the precision machining workshop.
Plan and prioritization mold insert spare part manufacturing to ensure on-time delivery, quality and compliance.
Provide continuous improvement in mold manufacturing process and develop technician competency.
Lead and monitor expenses, cost consumable and identify cost-saving opportunities in tool workshop.
Lead activity/ workshop to improve quality and safety topics.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mold & Die engineer/ Industrial Engineering / Mechanical Engineering or related fields
5 years of experience in mold manufacturing.
Advance knowledge for precision machining process EDM, HSM, Wire cut, Grinding, Laser welding
Knowledge new insert spare part making and mold tool repair process.
Able to us 3D NX, CAD/CAM ,Solid work, Inventer
Root cause analysis , Problem solving
Good command in both Thai and English
