This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on setting up HR Centres of Excellence, supporting real estate and logistics.What you'll do:As the Human Resources Strategy Department Manager, you will play a pivotal role in establishing an HR Centre of Excellence that supports our Real Estate and Logistics operations. You will lead a dedicated team of six professionals, fostering an inclusive and supportive work environment. Your primary responsibility will be developing and implementing effective HR strategies that align with our organisational goals. You will also drive process improvements across all areas of HR, ensuring our practices are efficient and effective. A significant part of your role will involve utilising dataanalytics to inform our decision-making processes. Additionally, you will manage the hard side ofHROD, demonstrating your expertise in this area. This role offers a competitive base salary with attractive benefits.

Establishing an HR Centre of Excellence to support real estate and logistics operations
Leading a team of six subordinates and reporting directly to the HR Director
