Together, we can build the future of data storage.Job DescriptionESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Coordinates with team to make the operation cost reduction road map to meet company objective.
Monitors operation cost and actual performance weekly basic.
Contacts to outside (oversea organization) to exchange information.
Consolidate and prepare the presentation package overall strategic projects related to PRB factory.
Consolidate and review actual saving from CI activities to meet the target.
Consolidate all operation saving and convert to CO2 emission reduction.
Planning and Manage operation budget to meet the target that commited with Finance.
Performs related work as assigned.

QualificationsREQUIRED:

Bachelor's degree or higher in Industrial Engineering or related field.
Experiecne in Operations, Engineering or related field.

SKILLS:

Good English communication
Good presentation skills (PowerPoint, Excel)
Basic knowledge of Continue Improvement (CI), Six-Sigma, Lean, QCC, Kaizen.
Basic knowledge of Sustainability
Computer literacy
