Technical & Product Innovation Project Lead - Food Manufacturing (Based in Korat)

• Taking the role of Technical Project Leader and being responsible for product innovation, R&D and global product innovation projects of pet food nutrition mainly for dog portfolio.
• Delivering the right food at the right moment and creating meaningful meal experiences for dogs and their parents (owners).
• Spanning diverse formats and technologies, encompassing both dry and wet food across various brands and markets.
• Overseeing the technical delivery of complexity innovation projects or sub-projects, ensuring compliance with relevant S&OP+ business processes (Global Innovation Process (GIP), QUEST, Design for Vertical Start-Up Product & Pack).
• Infusing creativity and shopper insights (target on pet's parent) into product designs, contributing to a more meaningful and exciting meal experience for both pets and their parents.
• Contributing to the development of superior propositions based on insights from pets and pet parents and working closely with the relevant commercial marketing teams, manufacturing teams, brand boards and R&D functional teams to ensure the technical robustness and validation of the product design.
• Effectively managing delivery on time, cost, and quality while collaboratively influencing key stakeholders.
• Ensuring business model alignment to ensure product solutions are delivered according to the plan.
• Understanding and applying regulatory/legal legislations, quality standards, and considerations for food and people safety to development.
• Ensuring seamless collaboration with Global & Local Marketing, Process & Packaging Innovation, Regional and Site R&D, Commercial, Customer Insight, and Manufacturing.
• Building functional excellence in Product Development including staying informed about technological, innovation and business trends, competitive landscapes, trade customer needs and equipment suppliers' capabilities, with the ability to match and apply these insights to development projects.
• Handling Intellectual Property, managing risks and opportunities, navigating the landscape of Intellectual Property, assessing risks, and seizing strategic opportunities to protect and optimize the company's innovation assets.

• Graduate degree in Food Science, Food Engineering, Animal Science, Nutrition and related.
• Minimum 7 years of professional experience in product development/product innovation from the food industry.
• Must be experienced in the leadership role of the technical project team and must be able to translate market insight information into product execution.
• Expertise and Solid technical project management experience
• Strong ability to manage stakeholders across multiple functions with an energized, creative and 'can do' attitude.
• Excellent English Communication.
• Must be able to be fully based in Nakorn Ratchasima.
