- Provide day-to-day ERP system support and conduct user training to ensure effective system utilization.
- Secondary Responsibilities:
- Monitor system performance and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
- Handle ad-hoc system-related queries and requests.
- Maintain and update master data regularly.
- Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams to ensure smooth communication and issue resolution.
- Opportunity to gain hands-on experience and training in Salesforce and other cloud-based applications to support end-to-end local systems.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and provide cross-functional system support.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in system implementation, application support, or data analysis.
- Experience with ERP systems is a strong advantage.
- Knowledge of finance or accounting is a plus.
