- Identify and develop new business opportunities in construction and industrial sectors
- Maintain and expand relationships with both new and existing clients
- Visit clients at construction sites to understand needs and provide technical solutions
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate contracts with customers
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and service
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer requirementsREQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields)
- Must hold a Professional Engineer License (กว.)
- Experience in sales, technical sales, or construction-related business is preferred
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
- Service-minded with a proactive and positive attitude
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
- Own a car with a valid driving license
- Able to travel to customer sites in Bangkok and upcountry
