- Regional HR Manager role covering 8 countries in Asia and B2B and B2C businesses
- Business partnering, C&B, analytics and execution with Country & HR Managers
- Partner with assigned Country HR Managers on day-to-day people matters
- Support managers on employee engagement processes and initiatives
- Provide guidance on standard HR policies and practices to ensure consistency and compliance with local employment laws
- Escalate complex employee relations matters to Regional HR DirectorExecution of Regional Initiatives
- Assist the Regional HR Director to implement HR initiatives that promote organisational and employee excellence across the region
- Coordinate implementation of talent reviews, succession planning, compensation frameworks and engagement surveys
- Track progress of regional HR priorities and follow up with Country HR Managers
- Support change management activities as directedTalent & Workforce Planning
- Support workforce planning and budgeting consolidation
- Assist in employer branding initiatives across Business Units to enhance on boarding experience and ensure new hire retention
- Propose robust talent acquisition plan with a view to build a talent pipeline, and partner with Country HRs on critical hiring
- Develop efficient people operations workflowsC&B, HR Analytics & Reporting
- Consolidate HR dashboards (headcount, attrition, hiring, engagement etc.)
- Bench marking of compensation levels across the region and advising on compensation structures
- Utilise predictive analytics tools to identify emerging employee relations risks
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives based on data insights and regional feedback
- Support HR systems implementation, SOP's rationalisation and data governance initiatives
- Monitor KPIs and highlight trends to Regional HR DirectorProject & Coordination Support
- Lead defined regional HR projects (systems roll outs, process alignment)
- Ensure documentation and process consistency across countries
- Support cross-country knowledge sharing
- Undertake other ad-hoc projects as required
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, or related field (mandatory)
- 6-10 years progressive HR experience preferably with exposure to Food, Retail or FMCG sectors
- Strong HR Business Partner experience supporting stakeholders
- Exposure to multi-country or regional environments preferred
- Strong understanding of: Compensation & Benefits o Performance management o Workforce planning o Employee relations
- Strong analytical capability and excellent working with HR metrics
- Ability to operate in matrix structure
- Performance bonus of 2-3 months.
