Salary range: 35,000 - 50,000 THBResponsibilities:Manage sale activities of area & partners
- Analyst and Report current sell-out and compare market share in your assigned areas.
- Controlling and driving sell activities in the responsible areas.
- Developing sell planning for a responsible team.
- Follow-up assignment with company's standard.
- Taking care of employees' headcounts.
- Supporting and developing employees' abilities with the People development program.
- Evaluating and collecting feedback for the training program.
- Analyzing market and sell planning for responsible stores
- Coordinating with dealers about merchandising stock.
- Attending a meeting with the dealer to update team performance.
- Controlling product display and in-store media to follow company standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in related field.
- Experience in sales management.
- Be able to use English (speaking, listening and writing)
- Positive thinking, Leadership and be able to work in a fast pace environment
- Communication & Marketing Skills to support team and coordinate with agency
- Organization & Planning Skills, Time Management & Prioritization Skill to ensure Operation is run smoothly and on time
- Be able to drive in responsible area.
- Own car and driving license.
- Knowledge of Associated Computer Software is preferred.
