- Performing of all arrival gate services
- Performing touch point services (coordinate with RBC)
- Successfully complete all training courses required by the company /customer airlines and acknowledge new instructions and regulations
- Attend the flight briefing and perform pre-flight activities
- Check and accept passenger data, and check in the guest for the respective flight
- Examine all documents required for travel thoroughly, and check if any visa, passport, duration, return flight etc. requirement might not be fulfilled; if in doubt, check with flight manager; if not in order, do no check in the passenger
- Examine incl. visual security checking, check in and tag the passenger luggage
- Determine any excess luggage an initiate payment procedure
- Provide information and assistance in connection with all customer concerns during normal operation, delays and cancellations
- Carry out simple reservation tasks
- Provide assistance to passengers with special needs e.g. unaccompanied minors, handicapped customers, families with children
- Follow required safety and security procedures in accordance with all company and customer airlines' guidelines and regulatory requirements
- Handle irregularities and issue related documents e.g. FIM
- Carry out all departure gate duties
- Perform post-flight activities
- Perform general office duties, stand by duties and telephone services
- Upon request, take on other customer service duties, which may arise at the station
- Upon request, participate in projects and tasks beyond own job responsibilities
- University degree
- Strong communication skill in English (TOEIC 650) and good command of third language is a plus • High level of service orientation Good perception and adaptability
- Intercultural competence
- Good PC user know-how
- Ability for shift work
