- Responsible for the field force management team, retail marketing initiatives, retail training and development, store identity standardization, retail system process and deployment.
- Responsible for managing and motivating a team to increase sales and ensure efficiency.
- Analyzing sales figures and forecasting future sales, interpreting trends to facilitate planning.
- Update senior management on business performance, new initiatives and other pertinent issues.
- Responsible to foster close working relationship with respective internal and external stakeholders to facilitate the smooth operations of the entire retail function.
- Conduct market visit regularly, getting feedback from retailers and partners, identify and resolve issues.
- Initiate changes for continuous business improvement.
- Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- Aged not over 40 years old.
- Experience working cross functionally with corporate functions and field leadership
- Experience in analyzing and resolving complex issues to recommend and implement strategies to resolve issues
- Experience in identifying operational issues and to resolve accordingly
- English or Chinese communication
- 3 years or more relevant experience in relevant industries
- Able to travel outside the area
