Job responsibilities
- Interpretation for meetings: Interpreting during meetings with Japanese engineers and managers, factory progress checks, and problem-solving discussions. - Daily communication support: Facilitating smooth coordination and communication between Japanese engineers and Thai staff regarding Daily operations, and providing Interpretation for emails and phone calls as needed. - Interpretation support within the factory: Interpretation is provided during meetings and practical discussions related to factory operations and production status on the shop floor. - Local staff training and education support: Interpreting during training or educational sessions regarding new technologies or products. - Support for product quality management: Interpreting and translating during meetings or data exchanges between the Japanese headquarters' quality management department and the Thai factory, focusing on quality improvement and product inspection. - Translate documents, emails, reports, and presentations from Japanese to Thai and vice-versa between Japanese and Thai - Interpret between Japanese staff and Thai staff. - Coordinate with other teams to solve day-to-day operational problems and find solutions. - Support safety activities in the company, such as 5S activities, Kaizen, etc. - Other tasks as assigned by the Thai manager and Japanese managementJob Requirement
Necessary Skill / Experience
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 25 - 35 years old - Bachelor's degree - Bachelor's degree in Japanese or any other field. - 3 years of working experience as an interpreter or any position that uses Japanese for work - Business level of Japanese (N1 level is preferred) - Basic PC skill
Preferable Skill / Experience
