  • Perform daily inspection of mechanical and electrical systems
  • Monitor and record utility readings (electricity, water, etc.)
  • Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance works
  • Troubleshoot and rectify basic M&E issues
  • Coordinate with external service providers for specialized works
  • Support monthly maintenance activities at designated facilities
  • Assist in emergency response situations when required
  • Maintain proper documentation and maintenance record
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
  • Vocational Certificate / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in building maintenance
  • Basic communication skills in Thai and English
  • Possession of relevant technical certifications
  • Knowledge of electrical systems and building utilities
  • Basic understanding of HVAC systems
  • Ability to use maintenance tools safely and effectively
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • May be required to support after-hours emergency calls
