- Manage and support logistics operations including freight forwarding, warehousing, transportation, and customs clearance.
- Prepare accurate and timely logistics quotations for customers.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and identify new business opportunities.
- Handle daily communications and job requirements from internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and resolve issues.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned to support business goals.
- Other related tasks as assigned.【Qualification】
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fields.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales coordination, business development, or customer service.
- Proficient in Chinese (HSK5+) and English (TOEIC 650+).
- Skilled in Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
