We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Publisher to lead our operations in Thailand. As the Publisher, you will be responsible for driving the content strategy, overseeing editorial campaigns, and establishing our publishing brands as pioneers in their segment. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in developing distribution strategies, engaging influencers, and supporting the sales team in closing deals. Your strong network within the industry and society will be essential in identifying talents and promoting our initiatives.
- Develop and drive the content strategy for our publishing brands across all channels (print, digital, and on-ground)
- Create and execute editorial campaigns and major IPs to enhance the perception of our brands
- Establish our brands as trendsetters, setting new standards in the industry
- Optimise content creation workflows and production costs
- Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate them into our strategies
- Develop and supervise the distribution strategy for our print products
- Collaborate with influencers and other influential individuals to amplify our initiatives
- Support the sales team in developing unique concepts and closing deals
- Understand client expectations and provide cost-efficient solutions
- Demonstrate a strong network to decision-makers, KOLs, and influential people
- Build relationships with other publications, PRs, and B2B media for collaboration
- Oversee the management of a team of Editors-in-chief, Editors, and marketing personnel
- Optimise editorial, marketing, and event operations for cost-efficiency
- Collaborate closely with the sales, finance, and digital performance teams
- Minimum five to seven years of experience as an Editor-in-chief or Publisher of a lifestyle or luxury publication
- Proven track record of successfully launching new products or IPs in Thailand
- Strong knowledge of the media landscape in Thailand and beyond
- Highly creative mindset with the ability to integrate into our culture seamlessly
- High energy, dedication, and motivation to scale our publishing brands
- Demonstrated leadership experience, including hiring, training, and mentoring team members
- Resourceful and innovative, with an entrepreneurial spirit and a partnership-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication skills in English and Thai, with the ability to deliver compelling presentations
- Strong strategic vision with exceptional attention to detail in coordinating multiple projects
- Passion for innovation, creative problem-solving, and building strong relationships
- Charismatic and persuasive speaker with a positive attitude
