Support building services projects by preparing and updating drawings for electrical, HVAC, and instrumentation systems using AutoCAD.■Key Responsibilities
・Prepare AutoCAD drawings for electrical, HVAC, and instrumentation systems
・Create and revise drawings for estimation, construction, and as-built phases
・Update drawings based on engineers' markups and redline comments
・Coordinate with engineers and site teams to ensure accuracy and compliance
・Organize and manage CAD files and project documentation
・Follow company CAD standards and project-specific requirementsREQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE■MUST HAVE
・1+ year of experience as a CAD Operator in building services (electrical, HVAC, or instrumentation preferred)
・Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D required)
・Ability to read and understand technical and construction drawings
・English Intermediate level or above(Important)
・Strong teamwork and communication skills■NICE TO HAVE
・Familiarity with construction site documentation and practices
・Strong Academic Background at related-field
