Our client is a global, premier property investment, management, and development group, renowned for creating and managing high-value, iconic buildings and infrastructure projects across major international cities. They are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager (MEP) to join their team in Bangkok.What You’ll Do

Project Leadership & Execution: Lead and drive the successful execution and delivery of all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works, ensuring projects are completed within the defined parameters of schedule, budget, and quality standards.

Coordination & Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary liaison, establishing professional coordination and communication channels with consultants, contractors, and internal joint venture partners throughout the project lifecycle.

Technical & Authority Compliance: Oversee and ensure strict compliance with all relevant local authority approval procedures and technical requirements. Lead the team in securing all necessary permits and statutory clearances.

Contract & Quality Control: Critically scrutinize and manage all contract documents, engineering drawings, and specifications. Ensure strict adherence to the design intent and quality standards.

Handover & Closeout Management: Strategically manage and execute the effective and efficient handover process of completed units and MEP systems to purchasers or the facility management team, ensuring comprehensive documentation.

Qualifications & Requirements✅Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering is mandatory.✅Minimum 8 years of progressive professional experience, with a strong background in managing complex high-rise building projects.✅Must demonstrate relevant experience managing residential developments from project inception through to final completion and handover.✅Prior employment with a reputable real estate developer focused on residential projects is a mandatory requirement.✅Proven working experience and familiarity with the dynamics of the Thai real estate and construction market is strongly preferred, coupled with excellent planning and organizing skills.✅Must be a proven strong team leader, builder, and people manager with exceptional interpersonal communication and negotiation skills.✅Exhibit a strong individual drive, a high sense of responsibility, and task ownership, with the ability to integrate effectively within a multi-cultural working environment.
