Legal Manager

• Evaluate Client Invitation to Tender (ITT) documents, identifying qualifications and exceptions.
• Actively participate in negotiations with potential Clients to minimize risks upon Contract Award.
• Conduct thorough assessments of tender documents, ensuring a comprehensive understanding.
• Engage in negotiation and clarification of contractual terms with both potential clients and existing clients.
• Review and provide guidance on company contract conditions in comparison to Subcontractor submissions and exceptions.
• Demonstrate expertise in managing Request for Proposal Campaigns at the management level.
• Assess and provide advice on various contracts related to company operations.
• Monitor and oversee insurance policies, ensuring timely renewals to maintain coverage.
• Review and offer recommendations on commercial bonds, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Provide expert legal counsel on diverse aspects, including business activities, civil, criminal, commercial, tax, HR, and claims.
• Administer claims processes, ensuring proper oversight and resolution.
• Offer guidance on contractual and legal aspects of prime contracts, subcontracts, sale and purchase contracts, and related documents.
• Support shareholders' lawyers and management in addressing legal considerations for company projects and operations.
• Provide legal guidance on the Code of Conduct, ensuring strict adherence to legal standards and ethical practices.

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Law, preferably with a focus on Commercial Law.
• A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in an international law firm and/or as a legal consultant in a multinational company.
• In-depth knowledge of Commercial and Investment Laws.
• Significant experience in the construction industry.
• Possession of an Attorney License.
• Strong understanding of corporate business compliance.
• Proven expertise in contractual risk assessment.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
