Lead the development of PRC processes and systems to ensure an effective outcome.

Qualifications:Education Qualification: Tertiary qualification required (Engineering preferred)No. of Years of Experience: Min 8 years' experience leading teams in a technical environment requiredProfessional Exposure : Automotive experience preferred(Technical Skills)Preferred previous experiences :Manufacturing, Quality, Material Handling experience in a high-quality manufacturing-design environmentFunctional Skills: Strong Technical, Analytical and Project Management skills requiredAn ability to manage and deliver specific projects independentlyBehavioral Skills: Leadership, Results-driven attitude, Effective communication skills (incl English) both verbal and written. Ability to influence and build relationships.Special Knowledge/Skills Required: Quality-AI / GSAR / OWS-SERVIS2 / Micro cat / Panda / PTS, Microsoft Office / Datacubes, 8D, Statistics-SPC, Ford QOS, Project , Management.Any Others:Flexible work hours required (incl participation in global mtgs in evenings) Limited travel may be required.
