- Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase hotel revenue.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and corporate accounts.
- Prepare sales proposals, contracts, and follow up with potential clients.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of events and bookings.
- Support the Sales team in achieving sales targets and business objectives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in hotel sales or a related field.
- Good communication and negotiation skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a proactive and service-oriented attitude.
