Design Engineer and IT Support

• Thai native speaking
• Bachelor's or higher in any field
• At least 3 years' experience in product design or mold design (Plastic injection molded parts and packaging materials)
• Fair command in English
• Ability to create product and mold drawings using 2D CAD / 3D CAD.
• Strong understanding of engineering drawings, including the ability to interpret dimensions and tolerances

• Lead overall product design for packaging materials including vacuum-formed products, blow-molded products, PP corrugated boxes, pulp-molded products, and related components
• Propose new product designs and create 2D and 3D drawings based on customer requirements
• Revise and improve existing products including specification updates, dimensional changes, and thickness adjustments
• Design products with consideration of structure, material properties, strength, durability, and manufacturability
• Issue and manage product drawings including version control and revision history
• Coordinate technical specifications and design discussions with Japanese headquarters, Sales team, and OEM manufacturers
• Review and optimize mold structures in collaboration with OEM partners and mold manufacturers
• Interpret and verify 2D and 3D mold drawings, including necessary modifications
• Evaluate and improve gate positioning, cooling channels, draft angles, wall thickness, and warpage countermeasures
• Propose mold design improvements to enhance manufacturability and mass production efficiency
• Analyze issues identified during mold trials and provide technical guidance for corrective actions
• Support mold modifications resulting from product specification changes
• Communicate product design intent and drawing specifications clearly to OEM partners
• Provide technical support during prototype development and mass production launch
• Monitor OEM manufacturability, molding feasibility, and production capability
• Assist in resolving technical issues related to molds, materials, and production processes
• Perform initial setup and basic configuration of company PCs and related equipment
• Provide first-level troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network connectivity issues
• Support troubleshooting for printers, email systems, internal applications, and coordinate with external IT vendors when necessary
