- Provide coordination, logistical, and administrative support for the firm's internal and external marketing events, including seminars, webinars, conferences, and client activities.
- Assist with event-related communications, including managing enquiries, coordinating invitations, tracking responses, and supporting post-event follow-up.
- Support the preparation and production of event-related marketing materials, such as invitations, presentation materials, and basic audio-visual or video coordination.
- Provide administrative assistance in relation to legal directory and award submissions, including coordinating inputs and tracking deadlines, as needed.
- Conduct research on target industries, markets, and clients to support marketing and business development initiatives.
- Provide administrative support for marketing and business development activities, including maintaining contact lists, databases, templates, tracking deadlines, and preparing internal documentation.
- Assist with other marketing and business development activities and initiatives.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or related field.
- At least 1-3 years of experience in a coordination, administrative, marketing, or business support role, ideally within a professional services environment.
- Experience providing administrative or logistical support for marketing activities, events, or internal projects is preferred.
- Communication skills - have excellent written and spoken skills in both Thai and English.
- Organizational skills - be able to effectively manage multiple assignments and prioritize work.
- Service mindset - demonstrate true commitment in achieving positive matter outcomes.
- Problem-solving skills - have excellent judgment and ability to react with appropriate level of urgency to situations that require quick response or turnaround.
- Technological Proficiency - be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint) and be willing to learn new computer programs.
- Other relevant qualities - detail-oriented, reliable, responsible, can-do attitude and a team player.
