Warehouse Manager - FMCG Manufacturer

• Leading FMCG business
• End-to-end warehouse operation

• Manage end-to-end warehouse operations including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, dispatch, and inventory accuracy.
• Monitor and audit 3PL performance using KPIs (service level, accuracy, cost, lead time, compliance) and drive continuous improvement.
• Oversee inbound and outbound logistics, coordinating with transport providers to ensure on-time, temperature-controlled, and compliant deliveries.
• Manage BOI-related processes, documentation, reporting, and audits
• Coordinate closely with production planning, procurement, QA/QC, sales, and finance to ensure seamless material and information flow.
• Lead root-cause analysis and corrective actions for logistics delays, inventory discrepancies, and service failures.
• Develop strong partnerships with 3PL providers and logistics vendors to enhance service capability, quality, and cost optimization.

• Proven experience in warehouse management from manufacturing business
• Strong knowledge in warehouse operation, logistics, BOI.
• Proficiency in SAP
• Excellent English communication skill

• Competitive salary ranging from THB 1440000 to THB 1760000 per annum.
