Based in Bangkok, in Thailand, you’ll source and negotiate exclusive hotel deals for our members, delivering top-quality travel experiences and strong business results.Your key responsibilities will include:

Lead the sourcing and negotiation of exclusive promotional campaigns with hotels across Thaïland to meet revenue targets and grow our portfolio.
Collaborate with internal teams (including Marketing and Content) to optimize campaign performance.
Analyze market trends and competition to identify growth opportunities.
Build and maintain strong hotel partnerships through regular meetings and calls.
Expand our network of partners by pitching and onboarding new hotels.

QualificationsWhat We’re Looking ForWe’re looking for builders who move fast, think big, and care deeply about creating impact that lasts.Your profile:

Proven 5 years' experience in contracting in Tour Operating / DMC / Hospitality / Beb Banks in Thailand,
Excellent negotiation skills, ease in dealing with suppliers, and analytical abilities,
Knowledge of the market and contacts with key players in the Thai market
Comfortable in a dynamic and fast-growing environment,
Data-driven, structured, and always looking for ways to improve,
Enjoy working in the field, with frequent travel in Thailand to be expected,
Fluent in English - French is a plus.
