- 1. Product & Application Engineering Study and understand company products, systems, and applications Provide technical support for product selection and application design Prepare technical documentation, manuals, and presentations Support internal teams and customers with application-related inquiries
- 2. Service Engineering Support installation, commissioning, inspection, and maintenance activities Troubleshoot technical issues and support corrective actions Coordinate with customers and internal teams to ensure service quality Learn service standards, safety procedures, and reporting systems
- 3. Sales Engineering Support sales team with technical proposals and product demonstrations Assist in preparing quotations, technical specifications, and tender documents Conduct customer visits together with sales team Analyze customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions
- 4. Management Trainee Development Participate in structured training programs and on-the-job coaching Work on assigned projects and continuous improvement initiatives Collaborate with cross-functional teams Prepare reports and presentations for management review
- 1.Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Industrial, or related fields)
- 2.New graduates or candidates with 0-2 years of experience are welcome
- 3.Strong interest in technical, service, and sales engineering roles
- 4.Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- 5.Willingness to learn, rotate roles, and work onsite with customers when required
- 6.Basic computer skills (MS Office); CAD or technical software is an advantage
- 7.Good command of English (spoken and written)
