Ensure safe and efficient production operations meeting performance, quality, and safety targets
Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, Planning, and support teams
Monitor and improve production processes, equipment performance, and downtime
Control consumables and spare parts within the production area
Monitor product quality and implement corrective actions
Analyze production data and report key performance and issues to management
Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
Support and train production teams
Perform other assigned duties
QUALIFICATIONS :
Bachelor's degree or Master Degree (Ceramic/ Mechanical/ Chemical Engineering/Science or relevant)
0-3 years of experience in ceramic, ceramic 's raw material, mining or cement industry
Proficient in both written and spoken Thai and English
