ProMark Strategies is an International Marketing Company specializing in developing and implementing hospitality focused food and beverage centric loyalty programmes for hotel worldwide. With core telemarketing teams, full turnkey solution provider with customer relationship management and mobile app technology.One of the programmes is the Chatrium Hotel Riverside Bangkok.The RoleYou will be responsible for :
  • Handling Chatrium Choice (hotel membership) members queries
  • Resolving customer inquiries and requests and ensuring strong customer satisfaction.
  • Working with various internal teams to ensure prompt and accurate order processing and delivery.
  • Escalating customer feedback as required.
Ideal Profile
  • Available to work on Sunday & Public Holiday (Preferably day off is on Tuesday)
  • Basic MS Office Literate
  • You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
  • You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard.
  • You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environment.
  • You are adaptable and thrive in changing environment.
