Senior Process Engineer

• Supporting the new project launch and continuous process improvements.
• Leading and supporting the problem-solving process to achieve quality targets (Rework, Scrap, FTT).
• Supporting to set-up and implementation of the standardization in the production process.
• Leading the PFMEA team to assess the potential failure mode, review SOD scoring regularly, or once claim and NC from the process audit are happening take the actions to improve RPN.
• Driving the continuous improvement/kaizen culture & activity including cost reduction projects.
• Continually following up and ensuring that the policy deployment targets are achieved.
• Supporting the LEAN implementation, active participation in workshop activity with generating the Lean improvement project.
• Supporting Productivity and cycle time improvement.
• Being responsible for process documentation preparation (Flow chart, PFMEA, work instruction, and training Matrix program).
• Supporting the new project launch to ensure that the project performance is achieved before transferring to the production phase.
• Supporting to improvement of the Jig/Fixture concept design and implementing POKAYOKE.
• Handling the new line setup. Providing production data such as productivity, cycle time, and investment cost.
• Providing the process time standard and process methodology to ensure the process stability and effectiveness in process cost.
• Reporting to the Process Engineering Manager and working closely with product development / Production and Quality to ensure the stability of the product & process.

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Engineering (Industrial, Production/Manufacturing Engineering) or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in Process Engineering.
• Knowledge/experience in Lean / Six Sigma will be an advantage.
• Knowledge in PFMEA, control plan, MSA, SPC, and DOE.
• Good command of English.
• Strong in Engineering mindset and hands-on.
• Knowledge of IATF 16949 and VDA will be an advantage.
• Strong analytical & problem-solving skills.
