
Senior Sales Executive - North/Northeast (SPX Express)

- Acquire new sellers from North/Northeast regions of Thailand: source and onboard new sellers, including both social and corporate sellers.
- Maintain & develop relationships: build and sustain strong relationships with existing sellers, fostering long-term partnerships.
- Support sellers: assist sellers in resolving operational and commercial issues to ensure smooth business operations.
- Manage payments: oversee and manage timely seller payments, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Monitor ADO: track and monitor the Average Deal Orders (ADO) for each seller, ensuring performance goals are met.
- Industry trend analysis: study market trends and industry developments to identify new lead opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
- Bachelor' Degree in any field
- Experienced in Sales / Key Account Management positions
- Able to communicate in English is a plus
- Must have experience in logistics / delivery service
- Able to work in fast-paced or performance-driven environment
- Able to travel to Bangkok office twice a month
