- Continuously monitoring, reviewing, and analysing Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) performance and related Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Providing recommendations based on gap analysis findings to enhance performance.
- Analyzing both the organization and the specific area under responsibility to identify crucial relationships that should be established or enhanced to advance the achievement of the area's objectives.
- Recognizing issues, problems, or opportunities and determining whether action is needed.
- Determining which processes or areas need to be monitored; identifying what information needs to be obtained.
- Identifying more critical and less critical activities and assignments; adjusting priorities when appropriate.
- Having adequate knowledge and/or skills to perform effectively on the job.
- Trying to understand changes in work tasks, situations, and environment as well as the logic or basis for change.
- Gaining agreement from partners to support ideas or take partnership-oriented action.
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Any, BA or Science related.
- 10 years of relevant experience in Sales and/or Marketing and strong project experience in the Commercial Area.
- Collaborative leadership and coaching capabilities.
- Good oral and written English skills.
- Strong project management experience.
