The company is expanding its footprint in Thailand and is building a dedicated technical service team to support nationwide customers and partners.Role PurposeThe Technical Support Engineer will provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support for residential solar and storage products across Thailand. This includes on-site installation guidance, commissioning, troubleshooting, and installer training, ensuring optimal system performance and customer satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide technical support to installers, distributors, and customers during installation, commissioning, and maintenanceConduct on-site troubleshooting and fault diagnosis for inverters, storage systems, and associated componentsDeliver technical training sessions for partners, installers, and retail staffAssist the service team in providing product delivery and after-sales technical supportProviding technical training and explaining technologies and technical details to clients and colleagues;Draw up technical documents (technical procedures, technical specifications, and technical presentations) based on the documents provided by the HQRequirementsBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Renewable Energy, or related field5+ years of technical support or service experience in the solar industry (experience with residential inverters/storage strongly preferred)Hands-on experience with installation, commissioning, and maintenance of PV systemsFamiliarity with inverter communication protocols, monitoring software, and energy management systemsNative Thai speaker with proficient in at least one of English or Mandarin ChineseWillingness to travel extensively within ThailandFamiliar with the electricity market policies in Vietnam
