International Development | Business Development | Strategic Planning | International Affairs | International TradeResponsibilities:Coordinate and monitor trade partners in the supply chain to ensure efficient and smooth trading operations.Provide international trading documents in accordance with the laws and regulations of each country as well as customer satisfaction.Negotiation with Supplier and service vendors for shipment status and trade document including problem solving of the delivery and shipping document issues.Process improvement and data analysis.Others:ดูแล บริหารจัดการ ประสานงานด้านการขนส่ง โดยติดต่อ Supplier ลูกค้าปลายทาง และ บริษัทขนส่ง ให้การขนส่งสำเร็จลุล่วงตรวจเอกสารประกอบการขนส่งให้ถูกต้องตามกฎหมายของแต่ละประเทศดูแลเอกสาร Bill of lading พร้อมเจรจาต่อรองกับ Vendor ให้การขนส่งถูกต้องและตรงต่อเวลาจัดทำ Shipment report รวมถึง monitor KPIวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล หา gap analysis เพื่อยกระดับ/พัฒนา ธุรกิจ รวมถึงกำจัดกระบวนการที่ทำให้เกิดค่าใช้จ่ายแต่ไม่มีประโยชน์Qualifications:ปริญญาตรีสาขา Logistics, International Business หรือ อื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้องสามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดีมีประสบการณ์ ด้านการบริหารการขนส่งระหว่างประเทศอย่างน้อย 2-5 ปี (หากเคยทำงานอยู่ในธุรกิจ trading จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Ms. Office ได้มีทักษะการประสานงาน การเจรจาต่อรอง มี Service Mind และ สามารถทำงานภายใต้ความกดดันมี Can-do attitude และ Think out of the boxทักษะที่ต้องการ:International Trade Logistics Gap Analysis Process Improvement International Business Analysis Trading Shipping Problem Solving Supply Customer Satisfaction Data Analysis Regulations Negotiation MS Office Vendors Business
