In so doing, we play a critical role in building a better working world for our people, for our clients and for our communities.Our Strategy and Transactions (SaT) team works with clients to manage their capital agenda to drive competitive advantage and increased returns. As part of a global team of 10,000 professionals in 100 countries you will advise clients on preserving, optimising, raising or investing capital. Major groups (or, as we call them, sub-service lines and competencies) within SaT include Mergers and Acquisition Services, Project Finance, Restructuring Services, Transaction Strategy and Execution, Transaction Support, and Valuation and Business Modelling.Your key responsibilities
  • Be responsible for supervising and actively participating in assignments, mainly focusing on debt. restructuring and cash monitoring.
  • Helping businesses in which are under distress; reviewing budget and financial forecast, building financial projection/financial modelling, and then monitoring the financial/accounting operation.
  • Works are mainly separated into two parts; financial projection (finance background) and cash monitoring and also reviewing accounting documents for approval.
Skills and attributes for successTo qualify for the role you must have
  • Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Accounting , Finance or related field.
  • At least 1 years of experience in auditing or accounting operation.
  • Work well in demanding situations.
  • Good computer and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent command of English both speaking and writing is necessary.
Ideally, you'll also have
  • Auditing/ corporate restructuring experience.
  • Client facing experience from a professional services background.
