• Understanding overview of client's situation to provide information about talent market situation, advice best solutions to a client and company.
• Liaise recruitment process for job requirements qualifying.
• Screen, select and present quality candidates who match the specific recruitment needs of our clients.
• Building and maintaining good service and relationships with clients.
• Pursue sales targets and work with a result-oriented mindset.

• Male or Female age 27-32 years, graduated in Bachelor or Master Degree
• High level of communication skills and interpersonal relationship-building ability.
• Having a sense of emergency and the ability to manage issues and difficult situations.
• Experience in Recruitment Agency 3 -5 years and with a proven record.
• Prior recruitment experience in IT Technology or related positions is highly preferred.
• Professional to communication in English, speaking reading, and writing.
