Collaborate with Technical Project Manager to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and define product backlog with well-written acceptance criteria
Create system flows, data flows, and detailed design documents to support backlog clarity for the development team
Maintain documentation for knowledge sharing among team members and stakeholders
Coordinate with stakeholders (Business, QA, Developer, TPM, DevOps, Solution Architect) to resolve any blockers during development
Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives in alignment with Software Development Lifecycle (SDL)
Apply Agile methodologies and ensure alignment with CI/CD and DevOps tools in the development process
Act as Level 3 (L3) support to assist L1/L2 teams in resolving production issues within agreed SLAs
Mentor junior team members and provide consultative guidance to overcome technical or process-related obstacles
Requirement:
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Technology or relevant fields
At least 6 years of experience in roles such as System Analyst, Business Analyst, or Product Owner
Proficient in creating documentation such as data flow diagrams, system designs, and stakeholder-focused knowledge content
Strong understanding of backend systems including REST APIs, asynchronous processing, and batch operations
Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and working in Scrum or Kanban environments
Ability to mentor junior team members and foster a collaborative team culture
Thai native level with good command of English, particularly in technical and collaborative contexts
