Quality Control Engineer

• Being the champion for the Top 3 rolling items / Scrap issues, with analysis for the root cause, follow-up progress & report to the Quality Manager or Plant Manager weekly, report to the customer as needed and update the system.
• Handling the Layer Process Audit, to identify the weak points and failure modes, be a champion to issue CA, follow up progress, and report to Quality Manager & Plant Manager weekly.
• Handling Quality Stand Down Audit.
• Handling Daily Poka Yoke checking & reporting.
• Being a window to respond to the external claim with their format.
• Leading team/progress follow-up for the improvement project.
• Leading team/progress follow-up for the cost reduction project.
• Ensuring the completion of updated information into the company System (such as CompliantPro).
• Maintaining all quality concern documents to be up to date.
• Participating in the audit from both internal and external parties.
• Supervising QC Group leader, and others in the team.
• Supporting IATF16949 and customer criteria
• Supporting ISO 45001, and ISO14001 system.
• Participating in plant activities: DOS, etc.
• Ensuring that the team follows company rules.
• Handling other assignments as required by the Leader, Quality & System Manager and Plant Manager.

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Metallurgy, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the Automotive Manufacturing Industry, preferably in Quality.
• Ability to read technical drawings (GD&T).
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 / IATF16949 and proven quality tools experience.
• Good English communication skills.
