- Developing comprehensive project plans, including scope, budget, schedule, and resource allocation, in collaboration with the project team.
- Leading and motivating a multidisciplinary project team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring project expectations are met or exceeded.
- Effectively allocating and managing project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to ensure efficient project execution.
- Identifying potential risks and developing strategies to mitigate them, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Implementing and overseeing quality assurance processes to maintain high construction standards and meet or exceed client expectations.
- Monitoring project budgets, controlling costs, and ensuring financial accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
- Overseeing contract negotiations and administration, ensuring compliance with contractual agreements and legal requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in construction project management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role overseeing multiple projects.
- Project Management Certification: PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and best practices, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and lead diverse project teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
- Proven ability to analyze complex issues, develop solutions, and make informed decisions to overcome challenges during project execution.
