We are leader on our businesses, and recognized as one of the largest global innovative companies.Secure P1 Project launches performance from quality and cost perspectiveEnsure the achievement of Project objectives in terms of manufacturing: VPS principles, process standards, quality & costEnsure manufacturing/production quality objectives respect (process standards development, timing, capacity & logistic control…), take Project QRQC responsibility on site starting OTOP preparationRun at rate and FDPR planning and realization within quality objectives for assembly and upstream components.Manage the acceptance of local component partsManage the process validation by customerManage PPAP file delivery, acceptance and parts deliveries on time to customer. Follow all modifications requestedValidate capacity availability and investments in production site, is accountable for ramp-up phases deliveriesFollow-up non quality costs and quality improvement plansSecure Project resources and control themCheck and validate Project Team Members activities and proposes scenario to achieve milestonesManage operationally Project launchesManage his/her budget (all Site resources)Ensure appraisal and development of associated project team membersReport process development progress to PSC & PMC with control of associated Project Manager (Use RU Ready)Participate to all reviews: Design, Process & logistic, PFMEA, PSC, PMC starting REQF milestoneIs functionally responsible of all PTMs, set project objectives, ensure appraisal of Project Team MembersCoordinate communication towards customer locallyPlay the interface role between the Project development team located in Development Center and the customerPromote and control application of Valeo Values, Culture and Standards (Product, Methodology, Tools) during project launchesRespect Valeo Code of ethicsRespect health, safety and environment charts and requirementsEnsure Project manufacturing development through activities defined in CLEAN and other applicable Valeo StandardJob: Project Launch ManagerOrganization: ASEAN Site Project ManagerSchedule: Full timeEmployee Status: RegularJob Type: Permanent contractJob Posting Date: 2026-02-24Join Us !
