- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve revenue and growth targets in Thailand's agrochemical market.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market presence and penetrate new distribution channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key dealers, retailers, and distribution partners.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and key accounts.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer's needs to inform sales strategies.
- Provide coaching, training, and performance management to build a high-performing sales organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, supply chain, and product development to ensure alignment and execution.
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Over 8 years of Sales experience in Thailand's Agrochemical Industry.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a leadership or sales management role within the agrochemical industry.
- Strong knowledge of Thailand's agricultural landscape, including distribution channels and the agrochemical value chain.
- Established network and strong relationships with key dealers, retailers, and distribution partners.
- Proven ability to build, lead, and develop high-performing sales teams.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Fluent in Thai and proficient in English.
