You will handle all guest enquires, requests and comments promptly and efficiently, ensuring their stay in the hotel is to their satisfaction.Qualifications
- Prior experience in hotel front office operations is preferred
- Excellent communication skills; fluency in English is required
- Positive attitude and commitment to delivering excellent service
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
- Computer skills in MS Office; experience with current Opera is preferred
- Strong proficiency in Thai to ensure effective communication with team members
