- Greet guest and answer inquiries in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide information about spa services and products, able to upsell treatments and retail products accordingly.
- Take and manage bookings from various channels i.e., phone calls, walk-ins, and digital communication as well as process payments and handle cash transactions.
- Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism
- Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers to ensure the smooth operation at all time and coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Accommodate special requests whenever possible and assisting guests in all inquiries in connection with spa or resort services
- Monitor and manage inventory of spa supplies and retails
- Responsible for the administration, document file, and guest-required information
- Other duties and projects as assigned
- Must have existing work authorization to work in the country of Thailand
- Proficient in English communication
- Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills
- Confident outgoing personality and a can-do approach to any request

- The working hours will primarily be early morning, days, during weekdays and weekends.
