Interview Rounds: 2-3 face-to-face rounds with management teamRole Overview:
Coordinate and handle all import shipments arriving by sea, ensuring smooth and timely cargo clearance, communication with stakeholders, and completion of documentation and internal processes.Key Responsibilities:Manage customer bookings and coordinate air export shipments with airlines and agents.Coordinate with overseas agents for ETD, ETA, and shipment updates.Communicate with consignees in Thailand for cargo readiness and updates.Work with shipping lines to enter B/L details, follow up on vessel arrivals, and incoming invoices.Prepare and manage documents required for collecting D/O.Coordinate with customs clearance team for cargo release.Process internal payments related to import shipments.Issue invoices / billing documents and follow up on payments.Requirements:Bachelors degree in Logistics, International Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field.Good knowledge of international shipping terms (Incoterms), import documentation, and Thai Customs procedures.Strong communication and coordination skills in Thai and English.Proficiency in MS Office; experience with freight management systems is a plus.Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to handle multiple shipments under pressure.Have sso, provident fund, and bonus which base on company profits
