Job Description :Main Purpose:The Strategic and Risk Management Assistant Manager plays a key role in driving the organization's strategic initiatives, risk management frameworks, and business performance optimization. This position is responsible for assisting in the development and execution of corporate strategies, identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring KPI alignment across departments. The role also involves supporting AI-driven transformation projects, overseeing compliance with ISO 9001 standards, and delivering data-driven insights to senior management.Key Responsibilities:1. Strategic Planning & Execution
Assist in developing and implementing strategic planning initiatives aligned with corporate objectives and long-term growth strategies.
Conduct industry and market research to provide insights for strategic decision-making.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive key strategic projects and ensure execution efficiency.
2. Risk Management & Compliance
Identify, assess, and mitigate strategic and operational risks to ensure business continuity.
Monitor risk management frameworks and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
Support the implementation of ISO 9001 standards and ensure continuous quality management improvements.
3. KPI Alignment & Performance Monitoring
Oversee the alignment of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across departments to ensure organizational goals are met.
Develop frameworks to monitor, analyse, and optimize performance metrics effectively.
Provide data-driven insights and reports for executive leadership to support strategic decision-making.
4. AI & Business Transformation Initiatives
Support AI-driven projects that enhance organizational capabilities and operational efficiencies.
Drive digital transformation initiatives by identifying opportunities for innovation and process optimization.
5. Reporting & Stakeholder Communication
Develop and deliver structured reports, presentations, and dashboards for senior management.
Effectively communicate key insights and strategic recommendations to stakeholders at all levels.
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Business Management or other related fields.
At least 3-5 years of experience in strategic planning, risk management, business analysis, compliance, or related functions.
Strong ability to work in a team, take responsibility, and demonstrate initiative.
Excellent communication skills to engage with stakeholders across the organization.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a structured and strategic mindset.
Ability to think systematically and understand the broader business landscape.
Experience in ISO 9001:2015 compliance, KPI management
AI-driven business initiatives is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with data analytics tools is an advantage.
