- Control and supervise operators.
- Monitor the effectiveness of the QMS in the production area.
- Responsible for process inspection
- Plan roving audits at all production processes.
- Training QC/QA operators about NPI handling and inspection
- Experience in QA/QC supervisory role for at least 2-3 years considered an advantage.
- Experience in manufacturing industry, particularly electronics, considered an advantage.
- Strong communication skills
