- Planning and driving sales figures of accounts under responsibility to achieve or exceed the target.
- Preparing reports on sales performance under responsibility against the target with analysis and proposed solutions to close the gap.
- Identifying prospective customer's needs by questioning, observing and studying/ following up on the latest happenings on the customers' part.
- Conducting site visits for prospective customers to provide real-experience products/services, giving them information to aid in decision-making. Presenting a proposal to a prospective client.
- Closing the deal by having the customer sign the contract/ MOU. Negotiating price and conditions.
- Taking care of customers and handling customer inquiries on-site to build relationships, gather feedback from customers and share with the concerned department.
- Supporting and assisting in the development of the annual Business Plan, Hotel Budget and Marketing Plan
- Creating excellent client relationships through attention to detail; prompt follow up and empathy for customer perceptions and needs whilst maintaining professionalism.
- Preparing periodic sales reports showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion.
- Taking ownership of daily sales activities and maximising productivity by following a system of weekly and monthly action plans.
- Comprehending, digesting and complying with hotel policies and procedures as described in the Associate Handbook and other documents.
- Supporting and upholding the Hotel's Mission, Vision and guiding principles.
- Adhering to all established policies and procedures relating to the administration of accounts and ultimate booking of business.
- Male/Female, 35-45 years old.
- Has 3-5 years of experience in sales management in exhibition management, event management, or related field
- Extensive experience in all aspects of Customer Relationship Management.
- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
- Proven leadership and ability to drive sales teams.
- Good command of English (Able to communicate English).
