*Primary focus: HORECA industry; Negotiate and collaborate with distributors to introduce suitable products and drive sales of Del Monte brand products.
*Secondary focus: Distributors
-Collaborate with internal departments (procurement, operations, QC, etc.) to develop product proposals, prepare pricing, and conduct negotiations with distributors.
-Visit sales outlets to support sales promotion planning, including events and in-store tasting activities.
-Identify and develop end users with strong potential to generate sales for Del Monte products and private brands.REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE- Experience in sales in the food manufacturing and food industry (preferably 3 years or more of work experience)
- Nearly upper intermediate level of English.
- Experience in new business development; End users such as cafe, hotel, restaurants (Highly preferred)
- Must be familiar with HORECA (Hotel, cafe, restaurant)
- Working experience in trading company
- Experience in retail sales promotion departments and negotiating with store staff.
- Distributor (Sales agency) management.
- Expertise in delivery and incoterms.
