We are seeking a passionate and motivated individual with a genuine enthusiasm for hospitality and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.As a key member of our team, you will contribute to creating memorable dining moments for our guests. Your responsibilities will include:

Taking Guest Orders: Accurately and attentively recording orders to accommodate guest preferences.
Menu Expertise and Recommendations: Displaying comprehensive knowledge of our menu and confidently suggesting food and beverage options to enhance the dining experience.
Serving Food and Beverages: Providing efficient and professional service while ensuring guest satisfaction.
Delivering Exceptional Customer Service: Engaging warmly with guests, promptly addressing their needs, and striving to exceed their expectations.

A current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification.
Professional presentation and exceptional communication skills.
Reliability, with the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work across a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
