  • Prospect Generation & Booking Growth Drive dealer activities to generate high-quality prospects through events, test drive campaigns, digital leads, and showroom traffic Monitor and analyze prospect conversion rates, follow-up effectiveness, and booking funnel by dealer. Support implementation of CRM tools and ensure active usage by dealer sales teams for lead tracking. Conduct regular reviews with dealer management to identify bottlenecks in the prospect-to-booking journey and deploy corrective actions.
  • Sales Target Achievement (Wholesale & Retail) Manage and support wholesale vehicle allocation, order planning, and target tracking for assigned dealers. Drive dealer performance to meet or exceed monthly retall targets in booking and vehicle registration. Align sales forecasts with product availability and campaign planning. Highlight risks in target achievement and propose recovery plans.
  • Dealer Engagement & Sales Process Coaching Conduct field visits and performance reviews with dealer sales teams to assess sales effectiveness. Support dealers in implementing structured retall sales processes-from lead qualfication to test drive, offer, and booking.ning Promote consistent sales quality standards across all touchpoints to enhance customer experience. Encourage adoption of digital retail tools and dealer system integration.
  • Campaign Activation & Local Marketing Coordinate with Marketing and Dealer teams to implement national and Iocal campaigns that generate leads and bookings. Monitor campaign ROI, and provide feedback on offer attractiveness and sales incentives. Assist dealers in planning showroom events, community engagement activities, and roadshows.
  • Stock & Model Mix Management Ensure optimal vehicle allocation based on sales trends, dealer capacity, and market needs. Collaborate with Planning and Logistics teams to avoid overstock and aging units. Support dealers in retailing slow-moving models through tailored offers or tactical campaigns.
  • Reporting & KPI Monitoring Track dealer KPIs related to prospect inflow, lead follow-up, booking rate, retail delivery, and customer retention. Prepare monthly area performance reports and recommend data-driven action plans. Share best practices among dealers to improve network-wide performance.
